Based on the information above, we are in a fairly stable market. Unit sales remained the same and dollar volume slightly increased by 4.7%. The average sale price continued it rise, steadily, to $233,193, as the average days on the market for residential properties increased by 12 days, to 74 days for the first half of 2019. We also saw a slight increase in the number of homes for sale in June. Monthly supple of inventory remained steady at just under 6 months. This means that if no new home were to be placed on the market, it would take just under 6 months for every home to sell. The real estate industry considers a 6 to 8 month supply of inventory as healthy.
