BATON ROUGE, February, 2019 — Coldwell Banker ONE Realtor, Lisa Busceme, earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation as well as the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) designation, both nationally recognized designations.
The CRS designation is awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. By earning her CRS Designation, Lisa is now among the top 3% of real estate agents in the country.
The SRES designation is awarded by the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council of the National Association of Realtors®. Lisa joins more than 15,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the SRES® designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in understanding the needs, considerations, and goals of real estate buyers and sellers aged 55 and older.
Working with seniors to meet their housing needs requires an expert understanding of their lifestyle and financial needs, and the SRES® designation means that a Realtor® has that understanding. Whether they are buying, selling relocating or refinancing, seniors can be confident that a Realtor® designated SRES® will be able to help them every step of the way.
“Lisa is a true professional Realtor,” said Coldwell Banker ONE Broker/Owner, David McKey. “She demonstrates the highest professional standards and dedication to satisfying the needs of her clients by providing them with the highest level of support and knowledge.”
Lisa is a full-time Realtor, specializing in the greater Baton Rouge area.
